Initial Nutrition Assessment (30 minutes)
This first session lays the foundation. We'll cover:

Current training schedule, sport demands, and goals

Daily eating patterns (school days, weekends, practice & game days)

Pre- and post-practice fueling habits

Growth, recovery, energy level, and performance concerns

Barriers like limited time, picky eating, or food prep skills

Follow Up Check-In (15-25 minutes)
Follow-up sessions are short, focused, and designed to support consistency.
These check-ins may include:

Adjusting fueling around practices, games, or competitions

Troubleshooting low energy, GI issues, or recovery struggles

Building confidence with snacks, meals, and their timing
-
Support during schedule changes, injury, or growth changes
-
Preparing for tournaments, camps, or seasonal transitions
