Meet KC

As both a Registered Dietitian and lifelong athlete, KC understands firsthand how confusing nutrition advice and pressure around food can feel. After experiencing the effects of under-fueling herself as a young athlete, she became passionate about helping others build a healthier, more sustainable relationship with food and performance.

 

Her approach combines extensive clinical nutrition expertise with compassionate support, helping athletes fuel confidently, improve their relationship with food, and feel their best both in and out of sport.
