Nutrition Support That Looks Beyond Performance Alone
As both a Registered Dietitian and lifelong athlete, I understand firsthand how confusing nutrition advice and pressure around food can feel. Growing up in sports, I experienced the negative effects that pressure to look and perform a certain way can have on an athleteʼs relationship with food, energy levels, and overall wellbeing.
After struggling with low energy, injuries, and under-fueling myself, I became passionate about helping other athletes build a healthier, more sustainable relationship with food and performance.
Today, my approach combines evidence-based nutrition support with compassionate guidance that helps athletes fuel confidently, improve their relationship with food, and feel stronger both physically and mentally.
A More Balanced
Approach To Fueling
Truly Fueled Nutrition was built on the belief that every athlete deserves individualized, professional-level nutrition support, regardless of their skill level.
Rather than focusing on restriction or unrealistic standards, KC helps athletes build confidence, flexibility, and sustainable habits that support long-term health, performance, and enjoyment of food. The goal is not perfection, but creating an approach to fueling that feels supportive, realistic, and sustainable for real life.

Beyond The
Practice
Outside of work, Iʼm a proud New Englander, a new mom, and happiest when Iʼm at the beach, in the mountains, or experimenting in the kitchen. Before transitioning into soccer, basketball, and tennis, my very first sport was Irish Dance.
My love for movement, food, and helping others
continues to shape the supportive and athlete-centered
approach behind Truly Fueled Nutrition.
