Individual Appointments

Who it's for:
Athletes who need help with a specific question or challenge - such as adjusting pre-training fuel, troubleshooting GI issues, understanding macros, or getting clarity on supplements - but don’t feel they need ongoing coaching right now.

Why choose a one-time session:
You don't need support in between appointments or creation of a comprehensive fueling plan, but you want to gain clarity and come away with practical steps tailored to your goal. It’s a great fit if you’re already feeling confident about fueling and just need expert guidance to get on the right track.
